1. Terms of Service

1.1 Services Offered

Sounds by Breeze offers sound therapy services, including both individual and group sessions, Tuning Forks and ASMR. Some sessions may include a ceremonial cacao drink as part of the experience. All services are subject to availability and may vary in pricing and duration depending on the type of session.

1.2 Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have received consent from a legal guardian.

1.3 Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or in-person). Payment is due at the time of booking, and we accept all major forms of payment including credit/debit cards. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice

We request that all clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the reserved time to other clients and avoid disruptions to our schedule.

2.2 Late Cancellation Fee

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to the total service cost.

2.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (a no-show), you will be charged the full price of the session.

2.4 Ceremonial Cacao Drink

If your session includes the ceremonial cacao drink, we are unable to refund or reschedule the cacao portion if a cancellation or no-show occurs, as it is prepared in advance to ensure quality and freshness.

2.5 Emergency Cancellations

In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, cancellation fees may still apply.
