3. Non-Refundable Gift Card Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable
All gift cards purchased for use at Sounds by Breeze are non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

3.2 Expiration Date
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the gift card will no longer be valid.

3.3 Gift Card Transfers
Gift cards are transferable to other individuals but cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

3.4 Using Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used to purchase any of our services, including individual or group sound therapy sessions and the ceremonial cacao drink.
